So I called the customer service line to cancel the order. I was connected with a man who didn't sound sober. He spoke in a whisper, praising the product and listing off a bunch of different countries that each ingredient was from. I continued to ask about the billing problem for 20 minutes (not an exaggeration), with him completely ignoring my questions and continuing to rave about the product ingredients. At one point I actually laughed and asked if he was Michael Oppenheimer from the Elvis Duran morning show, because I was certain it was all a joke. It wasn't. He actually refused to let me speak to a manager until I started asking continuously for about 5-10 minutes. Once the manager was on the line, he removed the automatic refill from my account, but asked that I at least try the product before returning it. He assured me there was no risk, and if it didn't work they would take it back. So, I gave it a try.
I took both pills everyday for about 2 weeks, and the only thing that changed was that my stomach felt as if it were being ripped apart. I felt sick and my head felt cloudy hours after I took the pills each day, even though the brand had promised no side effects on the trial website. As soon as I was sure the pills weren't doing anything positive for me, I stopped taking them. I called and customer service line, and they had me pay the return shipping on the products, or else I would have to pay full price for them.
If you've already placed an order for these pills, I strongly recommend you call the customer service number on your receipt/confirmation and watch your credit card for hidden fees. Here are the customer service numbers I had (both go to the same office):
Raspberry Ketone Fresh: 1-888-800-1183
Total Body Fresh: 1-800-526-1459
